US SHIPPING
Please allow for 2-3 business days to process your order. Make sure that the correct address and information is provided.
Standard, Priority, and Express shipping is available for selection.
Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email invoice with a USPS tracking number. You may use this number to check the status of your order delivery.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
The shipping fee is calculated based on the order total and quantity. We offer free ground shipping on orders over $75 to the continental USA. For any orders under $75, the rate is calculated by order total and the shipping destination.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are processed within 1-3 days of purchase and are out for delivery Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders ship from our studio in Georgia. We do not provide Saturday delivery at this time.
*Note during the holiday season, order processing and shipping may take 7-10 business days. We try our best to ship orders out as soon as possible; please plan your holiday orders accordingly.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Yes, we ship to P.O. Box addresses via USPS.
MY ORDER HAS MULTIPLE ITEMS - WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE TOGETHER?
If your order has multiple items, we do our best to ship them together for your convenience. If, or any reason, your items are shipped separately, you will receive tracking numbers for each package. You will be charged for the shipping fee quoted during checkout.
If you have purchased an item marked preorder, the additional items in your order will be held until all items are ready to ship.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If you do not receive your package within the allotted time, please contact us immediately. For any items returned to sender, additional postage will be charged to resend your item. Mary Thrailkill Art & Design cannot be responsible for any lost items after they have been marked delivered.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with a photo and description of the issue so that it may be resolved ASAP.
