ORDER ISSUES
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, once your order is out for delivery you will receive an email invoice with your package(s) tracking number. Our items are sent through USPS and you may check the status of your purchase there.
If you have lost your email invoice or are unable to find the tracking number, please contact us for your purchase information here.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once you place an order online, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you need help with your order please contact us immediately.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS
Modifications cannot be made to an order after it is placed. Please contact us immediately if changes need to be made before your item is shipped.
HOW DO I REPORT A LOST OR DAMAGED ITEM?
Please report all issues concerning an order to thrailkillmary@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving it.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ITEM/PACKAGE IS MISSING
Please check with your neighbors or front office if your package has been delivered there.
Reach out to your local post office on the status of your package.
Contact us at thrailkillmary.com and provide your order number.
If none of the above is applicable or you have not received your package well past the delivery date, please contact us immediately. For any items returned to sender, additional postage will be charged to resend your item. Mary Thrailkill Art & Design cannot be responsible for any lost items after they have been marked delivered.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with a photo and description of the issue so that it may be resolved ASAP.
